Computer Operations Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Computer Operations Tech II to manage operational activities related to automated processing and application systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise application systems and servers using job scheduling software
• Operate peripheral equipment, including printers, for report printing
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application and hardware issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Technical Institute degree/certificate in relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Up to 1 year of IT work experience, with 1 to 2 years preferred
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of job scheduling applications
• Experience providing Tier 1 & 2 support for medium to high complexity systems
