Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate (Consultant) to assist social impact organizations in identifying philanthropic champions to advance their missions.

Key Responsibilities

• Research prospective philanthropic supporters with strong affinity for clients' missions
• Develop research briefs, funder and donor pipelines, donor matrices, and moves management plans
• Provide high-level administrative support to a portfolio of clients, including coordinating meetings and drafting outreach materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• A minimum of one year working within a nonprofit organization
• Strong research skills, with the ability to compile information in an easy-to-digest format
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Flexibility and the ability to prioritize assignments to meet deadlines
