A company is looking for a Consumer Experience Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Field and resolve inquiries via phone, chat, and other contact methods within the Consumer Experience Center
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a working knowledge of service offerings and workflows
- Document interactions and update consumer records in relevant technology systems
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of prior experience in a Call Center or Customer Service environment
