A company is looking for a Consumer Experience Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Field and resolve inquiries via phone, chat, and other contact methods within the Consumer Experience Center
- Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with colleagues to meet quality and performance standards
- Maintain knowledge of service offerings and workflows to ensure accurate resolution of consumer inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of prior experience in a Call Center or 2 years in a Customer Service environment
