Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails from customers or technicians 24/7/365
- Gather details related to customer inquiries and identify appropriate actions
- Enter service call details into the appropriate application and manage service call priorities
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma Required
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Basic PC skills required, including experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a high call volume environment
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
