Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Agent responsible for being the first point of contact for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and emails from customers or technicians 24/7/365
  • Gather details related to customer inquiries and identify appropriate actions
  • Enter service call details into the appropriate application and manage service call priorities
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Required
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Basic PC skills required, including experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work in a high call volume environment
  • Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
