A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative - Credit Card.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service and sales support through various communication channels
  • Complete a range of financial transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to bank policies
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and participate in personal development activities
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of related customer service experience, preferably in retail, banking, or contact center
  • Ability to assist customers on the phone for extended periods within scheduled shifts
  • Must have PC skills and the ability to learn relevant technology and software applications
  • Bilingual (Spanish) ability is preferred for customer interactions
