A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicates professionally with patients via phone and transfers calls as necessary
- Handles new patient registration and schedules appointments
- Maintains and updates patient and referring physician data in the system
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficient with computer programs: Email, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Experience in a medical office or medical call center setting is preferred
- Bilingual Spanish speaker is a plus
