Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicates professionally with patients via phone and transfers calls as necessary
  • Handles new patient registration and schedules appointments
  • Maintains and updates patient and referring physician data in the system
Required Qualifications
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Proficient with computer programs: Email, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Experience in a medical office or medical call center setting is preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish speaker is a plus
