  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls, maintaining efficiency and accuracy in patient interactions
  • Record patient communications and manage scheduling tasks effectively
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience required
  • Minimum of 6 months of scheduling experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology desired
  • Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute
