Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative to manage patient inquiries and appointment scheduling in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, handling appointment scheduling and inquiries
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining performance metrics
  • Utilize multiple systems and resources to provide accurate information and assistance to patients
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience required
  • Minimum of 6 months of scheduling experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology desired
  • Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute
