Key Responsibilities
- Communicates with patients via phone in a professional manner
- Schedules appointments and manages patient registration and rescheduling
- Updates computer databases and works with online scheduling systems
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficient with computer programs: Email, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Experience in a medical office or medical call center setting preferred
- Bilingual Spanish speaker is a plus
