A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicates with patients via phone in a professional manner
  • Schedules appointments and manages patient registration and rescheduling
  • Updates computer databases and works with online scheduling systems
Required Qualifications
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Proficient with computer programs: Email, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Experience in a medical office or medical call center setting preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish speaker is a plus
