Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative to serve as the first connection between patients and the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service and establish professional connections with patients through various communication channels
  • Identify and resolve patient requests, including scheduling, billing, and medical inquiries
  • Document essential information in the electronic medical record (EMR) and coordinate with clinical care teams for seamless patient solutions
Required Qualifications
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a call center environment
  • Ability to interact professionally with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) is preferred
