Key Responsibilities
  • Communicates professionally with patients via phone
  • Transfers callers to appropriate departments and assists with new patient registration
  • Schedules appointments and updates the computer referral database
Required Qualifications
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Proficient with computer programs: Email, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Experience in a medical office or medical call center setting is preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish speaker is a plus
