Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Support Operator I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and provide information to callers while facilitating transfers to appropriate destinations
  • Process on-call requests and manage special protocols for various hospital sites
  • Perform data entry tasks and assist individuals in emergency situations or those with special needs
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of call or contact center experience or two years of customer service experience
  • Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Certification preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
