A company is looking for a Contact Center Support Operator I.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide information to callers while facilitating transfers to appropriate destinations
- Process on-call requests and manage special protocols for various hospital sites
- Perform data entry tasks and assist individuals in emergency situations or those with special needs
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of call or contact center experience or two years of customer service experience
- Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Certification preferred
- Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
