Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide information, transferring callers to the appropriate destinations
- Navigate the on-call system to identify providers and process on-call requests
- Handle emergency calls and provide assistance to individuals in need
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of call or contact center experience or two years of customer service experience
- Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Certification is preferred
- Experience in healthcare or a related field is preferred
