Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Support Operator I to provide patient-first healthcare by assisting callers and facilitating information transfer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and provide information, transferring callers to the appropriate destinations
  • Navigate the on-call system to identify providers and process on-call requests
  • Handle emergency calls and provide assistance to individuals in need
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of call or contact center experience or two years of customer service experience
  • Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Certification is preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or a related field is preferred
