Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Designer to create high-quality self-service content and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain effective help content, including articles, videos, and AI snippets
• Develop eLearning content for a self-service training platform with up-to-date product information
• Design in-app learning experiences to facilitate efficient customer onboarding

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years of content development experience
• 2+ years in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Experience in instructional design or information architecture is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
