Key Responsibilities:
- Drafts, reviews, and edits contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies
- Provides guidance on contract management processes and best practices
- Collaborates with attorneys to review and respond to contract requests
Required Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in creating, drafting, and editing contracts
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience managing a contract workflow system (preferred)
- Post-graduate legal education or paralegal certification (preferred)
- Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) (preferred)
