Contracts and Chargebacks Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts and Chargebacks Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update contract pricing and membership information in the contract management database system
• Reconcile chargebacks and manage the Chargeback Accounts Receivable portfolio for suppliers
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to resolve payment issues and discrepancies

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field
• Two to three years of related experience
• Understanding of Contracts & Chargebacks is desirable but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Preferred proficiency in SAP
