Contracts Manager - Data Center

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager - Data Center Construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and closeout
• Oversee procurement and contract execution of OFCI and LLE packages, ensuring coordination among stakeholders
• Manage RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs; oversee bid evaluations, vendor negotiations, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in contracts management within data center or large-scale construction environments
• Strong knowledge of LLE strategy, vendor relationships, and OFCI coordination processes
• Familiarity with contract structures related to equipment procurement and risk mitigation
• Proficiency in procurement workflows, including drafting RFPs, managing POs, and tracking contract modifications
• Highly organized and able to manage high-value contracts across multiple workstreams
