Key Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive dialog flows, user journeys, intents, and edge cases
- Write clear, concise, and user-friendly conversational microcopy and error messages
- Develop a consistent persona and tone for the AI agent while crafting effective prompts and system instructions
Required Qualifications
- Experience designing conversational interfaces (chatbots, virtual assistants, or voice)
- Strong skills in dialog flow mapping, user journeys, and interaction design
- Ability to write clear, concise, and user-centered microcopy
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and guiding AI/LLM outputs
- Portfolio or examples of conversational design work
