Conversation Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversation Designer to help define and shape the user experience for an AI-powered privacy agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive dialog flows, user journeys, intents, and edge cases
• Write clear, concise, and user-friendly conversational microcopy and error messages
• Develop a consistent persona and tone for the AI agent while crafting effective prompts and system instructions

Required Qualifications

• Experience designing conversational interfaces (chatbots, virtual assistants, or voice)
• Strong skills in dialog flow mapping, user journeys, and interaction design
• Ability to write clear, concise, and user-centered microcopy
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and guiding AI/LLM outputs
• Portfolio or examples of conversational design work
