Conversational Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversational Designer to support AI capabilities in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design conversational flows for AI platforms, ensuring user-centric and compliant interactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategies and conduct design-thinking workshops
• Create wireframes and prototypes, conduct user testing, and optimize conversations based on feedback

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Conversational Design with a focus on natural dialogues
• 5+ years of experience in User Experience, Content Strategy, or a related field
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning
• Experience in regulated industries, preferably healthcare or pharmaceuticals
• Familiarity with conversational AI tools and knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations is desirable
