Key Responsibilities:
- Track and document cost savings generated through care management programs
- Analyze savings across various areas including case management and utilization management
- Prepare and deliver regular reporting packages to clients, highlighting ROI and key performance metrics
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis or cost containment
- Experience with care management, utilization review, or claims data
- Proficiency with Excel and/or reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with Acuity or similar care management platforms (preferred)
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and operational teams
