A company is looking for a Cost Coordinator to support the Cost Operations Manager with daily and monthly accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and enter production and advertising invoices into Oracle Cloud Payables
- Verify invoice data against purchase orders and resolve vendor issues
- Assist with month-end reports and participate in special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Basic computer knowledge, particularly in Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment
- Quick adaptability to new systems and procedures
