Job Summary
A company is looking for a Cost Coordinator to support the Cost Operations Manager with accounting tasks related to inventory and advertising invoices.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify invoices for data entry into Oracle Cloud Payables
- Research and resolve vendor issues while preparing month-end reports and analyses
- Assist with system enhancement testing and participate in special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma is required
- Basic computer knowledge, particularly in Word and Excel
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Capacity to quickly grasp new systems and procedures
