Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the country-specific strategy and oversee content development
- Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the market, achieving revenue targets and monitoring performance
- Liaise with local organizations and educational institutions to establish partnerships and expand reach
Required Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of the targeted education market and customer needs
- Experience in teaching, ideally as part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
- Strong commercial skills and strategic leadership experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
