A company is looking for an Audit Manager - Contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with wrap-up and review after audit fieldwork, including finalizing work papers and checklists
- Review draft financial statements and related audit documents
- Report audit findings to stakeholders and train other staff members
Required Qualifications
- Public accounting experience within the past five years
- BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting
- CPA required
- Proficiency in US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Auditing Standards (GAAS and PCAOB)
- Resident of the United States and authorized to work in the United States
