CPA Director of Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting to join their global finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a lean accounting team, ensuring collaboration and operational excellence
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes while ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Oversee general ledger functions and support intercompany transactions for global reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA required
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and SaaS exposure
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and experience with financial statements
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and other financial reporting tools
• Understanding of internal controls and experience with SOX compliance frameworks
