CPA Licensed Capital Markets Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PMO - Capital Markets Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex transaction and finance transformation projects focused on capital markets initiatives
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, oversee executive reporting materials, and ensure alignment with client stakeholders
• Advise clients on best practices for project management and assist in establishing project management offices (PMOs)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of five years' experience in audit or financial advisory services
• Prior experience in a project management role within a professional services or consulting environment
• Preferred: Active CPA license or Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP)
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and capital markets transactions
