CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee all accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, producing timely and accurate financial statements
• Coordinate external audits and manage payroll and multi-state payroll tax compliance
• Deliver variance analysis and actionable commentary to executive leadership while driving systems planning

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in a supervisory capacity
• Active CPA license
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in both public and private accounting
• Demonstrated track record of scaling systems and processes in a dynamic environment
