Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations related to accounting, including revenue recognition and month-end close
• Own the financial audit process and ensure accurate GAAP-compliant financial reporting
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 5+ years in insurance agency or MGA operations
• Experience leading or supporting PCAOB audits
• Strong command of agency-specific accounting practices
• CPA designation strongly preferred
• Proven leadership experience managing financial teams in growth-stage environments
