CPA Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant - Corporate Accounting (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key Corporate Accounting areas including Share-Based Compensation, Earnings Per Share, and Leases
• Assist in the monthly close process and consolidation of financial results in accordance with US GAAP
• Perform research and analytical procedures to understand accounting transactions and their impacts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 3-4 years of related work experience at a public accounting firm, preferably a Big 4 firm
• Knowledge of US GAAP is required
• CPA certification is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office products, especially MS Excel
