Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Coder II in Physical Medicine & Rehab, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ICD and CPT coding of provider services and ensure accurate charge information entry
• Communicate with providers regarding coding issues and conduct education sessions
• Conduct reconciliation processes to ensure all charges are captured and processed correctly

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of coding experience required
• CPC or equivalent coding credential required
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Familiarity with payer-specific coding rules and regulatory guidelines
