Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in direct response creative leadership
• Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels and behavioral triggers
• Proven track record of high-performing VSLs, ads, emails, and landing pages
• Familiarity with creative performance analytics and A/B testing
• Experience managing in-house creatives and freelance designers/editors
