Credit and Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rep 1, Credit and Collections- High Risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Research ownership and validity of charged off debt
• Contact customers to collect payments and necessary documentation
• Utilize internal systems to assist in decision-making on installations related to high debt

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in a remote work environment preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Basic understanding of billing statements
