Job Summary
A company is looking for a CRM Product Owner to lead the strategic implementation and optimization of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales roadmap, aligning features with business goals
- Oversee CRM configuration, customization, and integrations while monitoring performance metrics for optimization
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to gather requirements and drive user adoption through training and support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales or similar CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
- Deep knowledge of sales processes and CRM best practices with a proven track record of driving user adoption
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications or equivalent highly preferred
