Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering efforts, making technical decisions and overseeing product delivery
• Build and launch core protocols, infrastructure layers, or crypto-native products
• Collaborate with the founding team on product roadmap and long-term technical strategy

Required Qualifications

• Proven engineering leadership experience in building and shipping crypto products
• Ability to execute independently in 0 to 1 environments
• Experience in hiring, leading, and retaining high-performing engineering teams
• Deep familiarity with the crypto ecosystem, including protocols and DeFi products
• Comfortable working closely with founders on product and technical direction
