Key Responsibilities
- Handle non-technical customer inquiries and service contract issues following established guidelines

- Document issues comprehensively and assist in routing customers to the appropriate technical support team
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent preferred
- 1 - 2 years of related customer service experience
- Experience in a call center or similar customer service role
- Familiarity with Microsoft-based programs
