Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle non-technical customer inquiries and service contract issues following established guidelines
  • Identify areas for improvement in customer service operations and meet required support metrics
  • Document issues comprehensively and assist in routing customers to the appropriate technical support team
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent preferred
  • 1 - 2 years of related customer service experience
  • Experience in a call center or similar customer service role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft-based programs
