Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative - Remote Shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and schedule patient appointments in a multi-specialty, multi-location environment
• Obtain, verify, and update patient information while maintaining confidentiality
• Adhere to call center standards and achieve minimum call quality and customer satisfaction thresholds

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate/GED required
• 1+ year of healthcare experience required
• EPIC system experience preferred
• 2 years' customer service experience preferred
• Previous office and computer experience required
