A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative - 2nd Shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Review sales contracts to ensure accuracy and proper product inclusion
- Provide feedback to the sales team regarding discrepancies in measurements or pricing
- Conduct introductory calls with new customers to discuss orders and schedule installations
Required Qualifications
- Customer service and data entry experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in reviewing construction or sales contracts (preferred)
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
