Customer Care Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, managing 60-80 calls a day
• Provide personalized attention and exceptional care to passengers
• Progressively manage a variety of tasks with increasing complexity as skills develop

Required Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Arkansas
• 1 year of Call Center experience
• 6 months of Customer Service experience
• Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
• High-speed Internet access with specified minimum upload and download speeds
