Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls efficiently while providing marketing materials related to Dual Eligible Medicare Plans
- Utilize tools to achieve first call resolution and maintain customer satisfaction
- Provide informational brochures and maintain a high standard of ethical conduct
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year or more inbound call center experience preferred
- Prior medical or health insurance experience preferred
- Strong customer service and data entry skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including holidays, weekends, and evenings
