Customer Care Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rep 2, Customer Care- REMOTE- Collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient account balances and make outbound calls to collect or set up payment plans
• Investigate billing inquiries and document actions taken on patient accounts
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere while meeting production and quality expectations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of outbound patient collections experience in the medical industry
• Understanding of Medicare guidelines and payer requirements
• Ability to identify trends and communicate effectively with leadership
• Experience with documenting patient correspondence and actions taken
