• Provide account management and support throughout the transaction process

Required Qualifications

• Less than 2 years of experience in a customer-driven environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and online literacy
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn
• Comfortable speaking on the phone to guide customers through processes
