Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design of qualitative and quantitative research projects to understand business and customer needs
- Synthesize research and analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Communicate research findings effectively to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or analytics
- 4+ years of business insights experience with a focus on data interpretation
- Prior experience working with or designing research for senior business decision-makers
- Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
- Preferred experience in technology, specifically B2B/SaaS, and with advanced analytics teams
