Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to drive customer engagement across B2B and limited B2C segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive integrated B2B lifecycle marketing strategies to engage, retain, and grow audiences
- Leverage customer insights to segment, personalize, and optimize lifecycle campaigns
- Set and track KPIs to assess the effectiveness of lifecycle programs for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years managing B2B retention/lifecycle marketing; B2C/B2B2C experience preferred
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo; Iterable experience preferred
- Experience with Pendo preferred
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, SQL, and customer segmentation preferred
- Experience in designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests
