Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to design and scale customer advocacy and lifecycle programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch and scale a customer referral and advocacy program to generate new logo and expansion opportunities
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams on onboarding, adoption, and renewal communications
- Run an employee and customer amplification program on LinkedIn to repurpose advocacy into various content formats
Required Qualifications:
- 5-7 years in B2B SaaS or healthcare tech marketing with experience in customer advocacy or lifecycle marketing
- Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot for customer marketing automation
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for scaling advocacy and communications
- Strong analytical ability to measure success by pipeline, renewals, and expansion impact
- Healthcare or RCM experience is a plus but not required
