Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Must have a great phone personality and enjoy helping people
  • Able to communicate IRS benefits in layman's terms
  • Must be able to multi-task and manage administrative tasks between calls
  • Consistent attendance is crucial and will be monitored
