Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to deliver exceptional service across various sectors
• Sourcing content ideas for the Content Team on a weekly basis
• Completing end-to-end member requests efficiently

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of experience in Retail, Sales, or Customer Service
• General knowledge of high-end experiences, luxury goods, and restaurants
• Experience working with high net worth individuals and clients
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
