Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from members and providers, addressing inquiries and concerns
• Document communications accurately and maintain customer satisfaction
• Educate callers on program benefits and escalate issues as needed

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Prior experience in a customer service-related field preferred
• General working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Outlook
• Computer keyboard proficiency and internet navigation skills required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, always changing environment
