A company is looking for a Customer Care Associate (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing questions and processing policy changes
- Document calls, troubleshoot issues, and maintain proficient knowledge of company products and processing guidelines
- Assist with daily workflow, including scanning and indexing documents and monitoring for trends or potential fraud
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
