Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing questions and processing policy changes
  • Document calls, troubleshoot issues, and maintain proficient knowledge of company products and processing guidelines
  • Assist with daily workflow, including scanning and indexing documents and monitoring for trends or potential fraud
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
