A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and identify the type of assistance needed from customers
- Resolve issues on the first call using complex computer systems
- Document information and research complex issues to provide accurate responses
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and computers
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST
